Frequently asked
Will the recipient see this before I post it?
No. Storypic never emails, texts, or otherwise notifies the recipient. They only see the image when you publicly post it to your Story (or wherever you choose). You're the one who decides when and where it shows up.
Can I edit the text?
Yes — within 1 hour of delivery you can hit Regenerate once for free to re-roll the headline and callouts (using the same facts). After that the image is locked in. If something feels off, contact support and we'll work it out.
What size is the image?
1080×1920 PNG. That's the native Instagram Story / Whatsapp Status / Facebook portrait shape — it fills the screen without cropping.
What's your refund policy?
If our quality check flagged your storypic, you get an automatic refund within 90 days from your order page. If our logs show you never opened the delivered storypic, you can refund within 30 days from your order page — we can tell because the order page and the on-domain image are the only ways to see it. Otherwise email storypic@forage.bot — we'll work it out case-by-case. We can't unpost what you've already shared, but the goal is that you only pay for images that actually worked for you.
